Aye, you looking to be brainwashed into believing you can get in shape once and for all? š¤£
Weāve had clients make LEAPS AND BOUNDS in the gym.
But the biggest thing we try to teach isnāt how to stick to a plan for 7 weeks.
Itās how to build a lifestyle you can actually maintain.
Learning new tips.
Learning new routines.
Learning how to train properly.
Learning how to eat without living on a diet.
Learning how to handle weekends, holidays, nights out and the inevitable bad days.
Because whatās the point in giving it everything for 7 weeksā¦
Only to go straight back to the old you the minute the plan finishes?
Old habits come back.
Old routines come back.
And eventually, the old body and old mindset follow.
Then you hear:
āThe gym just doesnāt work for me.ā
The gym worked.
The problem was you never changed what happened outside the gym.
Getting in shape is one thing.
Learning how to stay there is the real win. šŖš¼

Iāll tell you how we got these results šŖš¼
Mulhern is a childhood friend of mine who started the gym about 3 years ago to help with some back pain , lockdown added a lot of weight onto Caolan
There was stints Caolan was in most days then maybe would miss a few days here and there possibly even a week or two
(I actually landed to his house for him a few times š¤£)
It took time to cement in the routine and the strength started to come
Loads of people who say a few month into the training āyou made a good job of Caolanā
But he was still eating and drinking like a piece of s**t š©
We then started to track some calories and changed from Guinness š» to lower calorie options
Caolan ended up signing him mammy & his cousin up to the gym šš»
Then the last year the drink disappeared training 3/4 days a week religiously
Caolan has helped a load of other lads start the gym and heās actually well clued in on how sessions run and how to give advice
Now I could have jumped on here and lied or stood him in a different position where the lighting is better in the gym but we didnāt
The routine of training happens fast for some people
Others it takes time because your whole identity has to change so do your values
Heās for a stag do this weekend and will 100% terrorise Liverpool 𤣠but itās a monthly occurrence now maybe even longer
When he gets home heāll die for a few days
Will land in then and tell us all the crk and cry about the drink š«£and that heās off it š
But heāll be back training and heās in it for life now
Probably one of the proudest before and afters Iāve ever had because there was hard times over them 3 years and was way more reasons to stop than to stay consistent and committed
But thatās what makes it even more worth it , Great stuff brother proud of ya š¤

Muscle isnāt just about how you look š
itās one of the most protective things you can build for your future. After 30, muscle naturally starts to decline, and with it goes your metabolism, bone strength, and even your hormone balance.
But hereās the good news: itās never too late to build it back. Strength training helps you stay strong, energized, and independent for decades to come carrying groceries, keeping up with your kids, and moving through life with confidence.
Your body will thank you for starting today. š¤
