Been a busy week and a massive thanks to Rodney,Colin,Kevin,Pierce and all the family in the background for all the help...

Feet up now after a long couple of days rallying in West Cork ...
First time doing West Cork and first time doing night stages and we got of to a great start leading the national over night on Friday.
Saturday's weather was something we've never experienced before with the rain,flooding and fog all mixed together and was happy just to get through the day dropping back to 2nd to the fast charging Kevin Eves.
Sundays weather was a complete turn around and the sun came but being 40 seconds behind we had decided to settle for second and just enjoy the last 6 stages and gain the seat time across the classic stages left but unfortunately early into the first stage we seemed to have steering failure and were only passengers going of the road after an inspection today. Thanks to all who helped out at the scene.
Massive thanks to the club, officials and marshalls all weekend and especially with Saturday's rainfall.
Thanks to Pierce on the notes and the huge effort as usual and to Colin and Rodney in service who kept the show on the road the last 2 weeks nevermind over the weekend minding car and us ..... can't be done without ye.
Congrats to Kevin and Chris on the national win and well deserved.

Better late than never with a post about last weekend....
Absolutely delighted with the 1st 2wd car home in what was the most difficult stages we've ever seen. It was a test of both man and machine and nice to back setting some decent times.
