A wee simple walk this morning with Luna ☀️🐾

Met my uncle, bumped into people I know, chatted to other dog walkers and had a wee catch-up with some runners. Lots of smiles and hellos from random people along the way too 😊

The sun was shining, the birds were singing and it was just lovely 🌿☀️

Sometimes you don’t need a big plan or a big adventure — just get out the door if you can ❤️ You never know who you might meet, the chats you might have or how much better you’ll feel for it ❤️ Get out, breathe it in and enjoy the wee moments 🌞🌿

❤️ 7 years ago… where does the time go?

Love when these memories pop up. An exercise class at Strabane Community Project from 7 years ago and we’re still going today 🙌

So many familiar faces in these photos and lots of great memories made along the way. Sadly, some lovely people who were part of those days are no longer with us, and they are very much missed ❤️

Different venue now, but still turning up, keeping active, having the craic and making more memories ❤️

🌟 What a start back! 🌟

Full house for our first night back at T’ai Chi flow 🙌

It was so lovely to welcome everyone through the doors, plenty of familiar faces and some new ones too 💛

Thanks so much to everyone who came along, and a big thank you to Fountain Street for making this all happen. We really appreciate it.

The best time today with Strabane Community Project Luncheon Club 🥰

We spent the afternoon painting stones with little messages of inspiration for all the runners and walkers taking on The Moorlough Challenge 🎨🪨🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️

There were lots of reasons to celebrate today too! 🎉 A very special moment for Deliah, who has been on a long, hard journey and has now received her final treatment ❤️ Through it all, she still has that big smile that lights up the room ❤️ What an inspirational woman🥰 An amazing milestone to celebrate together!

And of course, a very Happy Birthday to Maura! 🎂🥳

Such a lovely afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, friendship and plenty of celebrations 💕 Days like this are what community is all about — coming together, looking out for one another and celebrating the special moments along the way ❤️

🎯 Boccia Training Day

Really enjoyed getting the chance to learn more about Boccia and of course having a go myself 😂

Picked up loads of wee ideas that I can bring into my own sessions. Always good to keep learning, trying something different and adding a few more skills along the way 😊❤️

Representatives from our Health Improvement, Equality and Involvement Department and Community and Voluntary organisations completed the Boccia Leaders Award in Roe Valley Leisure Centre. 🏐

Thanks to Disability Sport NI (DSNI) for supporting us with this valuable training. We hope to see lots of Boccia sessions happening in our surrounding communities, with older people, youths and those with disabilities. 🙌

With the Perigus Energy Moorlough 10 Mile / 10K Challenge coming up on Sunday 27th September 2026, Tyrone Dippers are getting together for a wee community clean-up around Moorlough to make sure the area is looking its best for race day! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️✨
