Don't compare your day 1 to someone else's day 100!
That's a lesson I've learnt the hard way..
My photo on the left isn't even me at my heaviest, at my peak I was 129kg and taking progress photos was the last thing on my mind.
Since then I've lost 30kg, completely changed my life and my relationship with training and nutrition, and I'm still working towards new goals today
But it didn't happen over night.
And, it's definitely not a straight line.
There are good months, bad konths, weight lost, regained, missed sessions, holidays, meals out and plenty of times where life just got in the way..
The biggest lesson I've learned?
You don't need to be perfect, you need to keep going!
It's very easy to see somebody's day 90 and compare your progress, but not everyone's journey is the same
So stop worrying about where somebody else is and focus on you!
Get the first session done.
Get your nutrition on point.
Walk a bit more.
Do it again tomorrow
And again the following day.
Momentum builds momentum!!
Those small things done consistently will get you where you want to be..
Your day 1 doesn't need to look impressive to anyone, you just need to start!

I turned 40 last month!
It definitely makes you stop and reflect on the important things in life..
Not because 40 makes you old, but because you realise how fast time passes...
Looking back now, there are a few things I wish I'd known alot earlier.
1) your health is an investment not an expense
2) the people who get the best results are usually the ones that refused to quit and stayed consistent
3) time moves faster than you can blink so stop waiting for the right time.
4) and maybe the biggest lesson...
It's the simple things that are the most important
Family
Health
Good friends
Good work ethics
Walking
Making time for your kids
Helping someone become a more confident person
Those things matter to me more than I ever realised in my 20's.
I don't have it all figured out and I don't pretent to.
But, if there's one thing I've learned while losing over 30kg, raising a family while building ah fitness while hitting 40..
It has to be that life definitely does get better when you prioritise your health.
What's one thing you have learned?

2 different clients
2 different plans
The same result for both!
Here we have 2 clients that started our programme around the same time
Both with very different lifestyles, commitments and routines...
Client 1: came to me looking to drop some body fat for a wedding, she had a very hectic life consisting of being a full time worker with varied hours, a mother and trying to plan a wedding on top of all other daily life tasks that keep us all so busy..
Client 2: came to me looking to drop body fat before a well deserved holiday, her life consists of 5am starts for work, hectic work environment and every day life on top
What both clients needed was a plan tailored completely around their lives
Something they could actually stick with
What they didn't get was:
Generic training plans
Crazy fad diets
No accountability
They didn't make excuses, they didn't give up after 1 bad meal!
Both ladies followed the plan, nailed the basics and everything fell into place for them!!
They didn't follow some influences b.s advice
We found what worked for them and implemented a structured plan with
Training
Nutrition
Community
And the all important accountability!!
Both ladies lost 10kg each and they are only getting started...
Both ladies simply put the work in..
If you are ready to ignore all the b.s online and finally start seeing the results you are after
Dm the word "start" and let's get you seeing those results
