The Athea Track work has officially started and it’s amazing to see!

Huge thanks to *Linco* for getting the asphalt down. They’ve been contracted in by *Limerick City & County Council*, and the Council have been brilliant throughout.John Sheahan is worth his weight in gold, not a day goes by where he doesn't check in.
We cannot wait to see the end result. Another week or so and all the track repairs where needed will be completed.
AND NO TAR AND CHIP TO WORRY ABOUT 😂

We’re delighted to announce that Welshman
Barry “Baz” Furber will be joining us at the South West Road Races in Athea!
Baz brings a wealth of experience to the South West. A regular on the roads, he’s competed at the TT, the Southern 100, road races across Northern Ireland, and Oliver’s Mount.
He’ll be out with DC Racing & Scott Racing and we’re looking forward to seeing him in action around Athea.

This weekend in Walderstown, Athlone they will host the second last road race in the South of Ireland before our own racing weekend in September..

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Manx man Joe Yeardsley will be competing at the South West Road Races at Athea!
To have a rider of Joe’s caliber make the journey all the way from the Isle of Man to race with us is something really special.
Joe is also a TT racer and he’s fresh from the Southern 100 last week, coming off what he’s called the best week of his life. Wins in both Supersport and Supertwin, and 2 new bikes behind him thanks to the incredible support of friends, family and personal sponsors, he’s bringing serious momentum to Athea.
