Super proud of my client who had come to me 11 weeks ago and had been previously doing group classes that were not tailored to her specific goals. Together we created a plan to focus more on muscle gain rather than weight loss and with a shift in focus she has really reaped the rewards. This was all achieved by making small changes but still enjoying her weekly Friday night takeaway and a cheeky glass of vino🤪 With my individualised assessments it allows me to really take a goal focused approach with my clients and receiving feedback like this makes it all the more enjoyable 🥰💪🏼

I’d like to thank everyone for the support over the pass 5 weeks, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all my clients and excited to start with some new clients in the next few weeks and into the new year❤️

I am a qualified Sport Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a certified ITEC Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer📚👩‍🎓

I will be offering 6 and 12 week blocks of training, personalising your plan to suit you and to fit your goals. Tailoring programs for weight loss, muscle gain, performance goals and general fitness🤸🏻‍♀️ Suitable for all fitness levels and ages🌈
