Had a great day on Sunday but I wasn’t surprised to see how uneven my weight bearing was in the saddle as I have had a little ni**le for a while. 🙈

Swipe to see my rider asymmetry much clearer. I have an issue on one side of my hip/lower back and subsequently my horse gets tight and sore of the same side. Can you guess which side my issue is on?

Hope this highlights the importance of working on your own imbalances and not just the horses. This is why I keep up my human work, riding is a partnership and you can’t have just half the cog working. Consider getting an assessment for yourself AND your horse.
