Forest road climbs lead you into tight twisty singletrack with loads of ups and downs, tight turns and technical rocky bits. The trails range from a moderate 6 kilometre Greenwood loop to the demanding Castlepook loop, over 50 kilometres in length! The trails are laid out as ‘stacked loops’ with each loop leading onto the next and rejoining it on the way back. The loops are waymarked in one direct

After this race entry will not include the race T-shirt’s (4 week order) for ultra & marathon. Also the 1/2 Marathon & 10km Mug will be unavailable to runners registering after this time.
