On 31st May 2026, we proudly launch under the unified banner of Women's Fitness. Founders Stacey and Emma will continue within the business embracing fresh new roles in this exciting chapter.

We all know trying to fit in training with a small baby can add to the juggle, dont stress - bring your baby along 😉

➡️ We have 2 specific Mom and Baby Classes - Monday & Friday 11.45am to 12.30pm.

🌟 However, if you can't make these times please feel free to come along to our other morning/lunchtime classes including - Barre, Pilates, Bounce, Body Pump, Yoga, Strength & Lift and many more.

WOW - where to begin...........Kidding Around Yoga Training was out of this world. From start to finish everything was magic.
