Introducing our brand new OsteoStrong Reformer Pilates course! 💪

This is an 8 week Pilates Reformer course specifically designed for people with Osteoporosis. Our main aim is to help our clients to improve bone density, balance and overall strength.

You can expect:
-Resistance training using the Reformer
-Targeted strength exercises using weights
-Weight bearing exercises
-Balance training to help reduce the risk of falls while also aiding proprioception and co-ordination.
