Hope everyone had a good weekend and is ready to get back to living clean. We have yoga here with Julie in 40 minutes, Lunchtime circuits and Complete conditioning at 13:10 and 17:00 tomorrow and on Thursday evening we Lit Fitness Class back again. Hope to see some new faces this week.
Hi everyone, Hope you all enjoyed rag week. We are back with our classes again this week with Yoga today at 5, Lunch time circuits tomorrow at 1:10pm and LIT FItness class on Thursday at 5 pm.
Happy RAG week eeryone!!We are still open here in the Sports Hub 8am-10pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 2:30pm on Friday. We are also still taking membership for the rest of the academic year, so call over to have a look around and see what we have to offer!!
