Bums&Tums - 30min light intensity workout focused on tempo and time under tension. Hiit-Fit - 35 min high intensity workout focused on cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Shred & condition - 40min all in metabolic complex workout - increased muscle means increased metabolism which means more calories burned

We're looking for a fitness instructor/personal trainer to join our training facility at the learning hub Kileely.
This role would be suitable for anybody currently studying or working elsewhere and looking for additional income as the classes run out of business hours and the personal training can be worked around your schedule.
This is a great entry level opportunity to grow your experience and develop as a trainer plus youl have full access to the P.T Hub for extra income on your time!
The ideal candidate must have:
—Relevant qualifications.
—A genuine interest in working with and helping others.
—Strong communication skills in person and on social media platforms.
