For over a decade, Marie was truly the heart of our gym. If there was one face that we would all look forward to seeing walk in the door everyday, it was Marie’s. She was an inspiration to everyone around her. It was a privilege to be by her side all these years.
Rest easy Nana, you’ll be deeply missed and will always be part of this place.

ABS Series 19 was a big one for the Urban Barbell crew.
smashed it, winning D1 and qualifying for ProAM, .oneill22 made her powerlifting debut, and both went 9/9 with outstanding performances, and added a solid 17.5kg to her total. Incredible work all around!
