Exciting things coming in 2022! We have the following updates:

We have added two new Express classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm 🥳

We also have a timetable change and have moved our Olympic lifting class to Saturday at 11am going forward.

We will hold a 2k Team Challenge (two males & two females) the first Saturday in February (details to follow).

There is a CrossFit competition suitable for all levels on April 22nd to 24th in UCD, Dublin.

And lastly, for anyone looking to set a goal for 2022, Quest adventure series, is an excellent race to aim for. We will tailor our endurance classes to build up to the big race 🙌🏼
