2016 was a crazy year. It was the year we started to achieve what we felt the club was capable of. So many good moments & happy memories that will last a lifetime!

What a wonderful man! It's crazy that it's been nearly five years since we lost you. We miss you as much now as we did then.

You were one of the lads and completely your own person all at once. That's why we loved you. You were always unapologetically yourself. Funny, witty, silly & kind. You embodied the best qualities of our club & our friend group and for that, we can't thank you enough. We miss you dearly. 💚

For those that didn't know Geordi, he started playing with PELT in 2012 when he was in secondary school in Castletroy College. He went on to proudly represent PELT 139 times. He was a great player, a loving friend & an entertaining house mate who helped create the family that PELT is today. GS #95 will be forever on our sleeve and in our hearts.

The trial is on the 9th of March on the rugby pitches at North Campus, UL from 11-2pm🌱

There is a form in our bio for anyone who is interested in joining our team for 2024 as we focus on the mixed division. We aim to build on our progress from last year and play at the top level with a selected squad of ~20 players in the hopes of qualifying for EUCF💅🏻 if you commit to PELT Mixed, there is no obligation to play PELT Ladies or PELT Open.

It's that time of year again where we move or grow a mo for a bro. This month is dedicated to reflecting on men's health, the health of those around us and most importantly, speaking up about men's mental health💚

During this time we remember our great friend and teammate, Geordi Stundon, who we know would love fundraising in weird and wonderful ways🫶🐌

Last week PELT sent out a team to take on the Cork Open 2023, where they fought hard with a small team that reached the final against SETUL and won! The lads were incredibly happy to take home the trophy and medals once again! 🏅🏆🏅  

Congrats to the two other Limerick teams, (both men and women) and , who took part in the Cork Open and achieved a high seed finish! Well done, Treaty County!

Thanks to the for training up a young limerick player, Kyan, who joined PELT on Saturday and impressed us with his throws and catching skills! A strong future PELT player is coming! 👀 

Thank you to for organising this magnificent event for everyone who took part in it! The costume party was amazing! We are already waiting for next year’s costume theme! 🎃

This weekend PELT welcomed everyone to sunny sunny Limerick for the sunniest display of All- Irelands Limerick has ever put on☀️

PELT women, with the addition of some new friends, beat their seeding this year and took 4th place after a tough loss in the semi against a fantastic and another L in the 3-4 game against 🔥

PELT Open also made it to the semi, losing to the eventual winners , a huge congratulations to you guys on yere win👏🏻 They took the bronze in the finish after a W against ✨

Finally PELT Open 2 had a very strong showing, finishing 11th, getting run over and learning loads😉
