Geraldines stay top of the Premier League after draw with Fairview Kian Mitchell gave Geraldines the lead but a Conor Kavanagh penalty in the 78th minute saw Fairview draw level

This fixture indeed did see a big crowd taken in this fixture and they saw a close encounter unfold Under The Tower.
The opening exchanges were brisk with little or no clear cut opportunities but mid way through the half the deadlock was broken as we took the lead whe
Kian Mitchell won the ball on half way as he played a delightful ball out to the onrunning Conor Keane who did extremely well to make inroads up the flank and then played a sublime ball into the area to Kian Mitchell who had showed good pace to get into the area as the midfielder conjured up a brilliant finish.

Custodian did well to deprive James Fitzgerald.
As just pasted the half hour at our end a top class saves from Josie as he did brilliant to save at his Near post from Josh McCarthy to leave us with a slender half time lead.
On the turn defenders were winning their respective battles as few opportunities been created how ever in the 70th minute Fairview were Awarded a Penalty which was very Dubious as thos who were practically in line were Adamant No Penalty. But the Views Conor Kavanagh dually dispatched it to the net..

After this we had 2 good openings as Tony Mambouana and Kian Mitchell were so unlucky not to score as in the end it finished all square 1-1.

We hosted Current Div 3A League leaders Northside Legacy to Garryowen in the afternoon as our side got off to the perfect start notching 2 goals through Robbie Rooney and Ryan Phillips.
However our visitors pulled a goal back and this saw them lifting their game as they went on to annex the points in a 5-2 as in fairness to our side they battled right till the final whistle.
