⭐️ Maeve is a veteran barre instructor known for her Contagious Energy, Transformative Exercises and Club Style Beats 🎶 She has a speciality in women’s fitness and a reputation for creating FUN and INVIGORATING classes. We are honored to have her take the lead while Diana is on Mat-leave.

We are blending the best of POP Pilates and Barre-less to create a music driven calorie shredding fitness party 🎉

Diana will lead you in with a special music driven style of Pilates, guaranteed to work you from head to toe! 🤸🏽‍♂️

Maeve will take the reins and guide you through a fun and challenging Barre-less series, that will leave you feeling the effects for days after 🔥🔥🔥

Then we will finish up with a dedicated core focus on the mat. Followed by a nice stretch. ☺️

🎶 Anyone who knows me. Knows that I am ADDICTED to music. I think there is something just so therapeutic when you find that song that connects with your current life status. Our signature music-driven Boutique Barre style has been adapted to be performed in a distanced solo space. You will challenge the Core for balance and refocus your attention to form. Your body will find strength and elegance in this truly unique form of exercise.

Hard things suck.😫 Living through a pandemic and having our lives turned upside down is NOT EASY. FOR ANYONE!!!..I have certainly had my moments of wanting to give up on so many things. Wondering what’s the point? If it wasn’t for my family, friends and faith I don’t know how I’d survive. But those make us or break us moments are what make us stronger. Not saying that I’ve enjoyed the last year. That would be a hard NO. But I am slowly becoming stronger because of it. Hope you’re finding the strength too. Because we are ALL strong and beautiful.

Sad to have to pause the Sunday class again. But 🤞 it won’t be for too long. In the meantime..
