Regular Pilates sessions can help improve range of movement around our hips and back (and pretty much everywhere else, too!).
The Reformer's springs, straps (ohh how we love our feet in straps moves), can give us extra support when we might need it and also challenge us further when that time comes.
And as you've heard us tell you before, regular, consistent movement practice makes all the difference. Remember, our guide for 'regular and consistent' practice is 2-3 Reformer Pilates sessions per week.
Make a plan. Commit to doing it. Give it a go for a month, and we're confident you'll see improvements in your squats. Or whatever else your goals are!
