We start back at 7pm tonight! Don't forget your water bottle🍶

✅️You still sweat in the water. The pool keeps you cool, so you may not realise how much fluid you are losing.
✅️Hydration supports performance. It helps maintain energy, coordination and muscular endurance throughout your class.
✅️It supports fascia and comfortable movement. Fascia contains water, and good hydration combined with regular movement supports normal tissue glide, mobility and resilience.
✅️It supports recovery. Rehydrating after class helps restore fluid balance and supports your muscles and cardiovascular system as they recover.

See you at the pool💦💪🏻😊
