Zumba:
A Zumba® Class is a fun filled, dance party! Our members are from all walks of life, all shapes, sizes and abilities and range from 16 to 86 years of age! The hour long class is filled with different rhythms and routines which are changed after a few weeks. It's an amazing energy and mood booster and you can't help but smile from start to finish. * Tuesdays @7:45pm - Claughaun GAA Hall, Bloodmill Road, Limerick
* Wednesdays @7:30pm - JFK Primary School, Ennis Road, Limerick
* Thursdays (Toning) @7:45pm - Claughaun GAA Hall, Bloodmill Road, Limerick
* Saturdays - Coonagh Sport Club, Coonagh, Co. Clare
In-Person classes are €7 per class
Live Stream classes are €3.50 per class, and are held on the 'Zoom' platform.
