We are so proud to congratulate our past student, Sean Hanley, who will be graduating from Central Ballet School in London this week, after three years of full time training which included classical ballet, repertoire, pas de deux and contemporary. Sean will be heading to Barcelona in September as a trainee the Ballet de Catalunya. CONGRATULATIONS Sean, and all the very best for the next part of your journey. 💪💫

“I feel extremely privileged to be graduating from Central with a BA (Hons) degree in professional dance and performance. Over the past three years I have learned and grown so much from incredible teachers and by being part of such a talented cohort. The support I have received from my parents, friends and my first ever ballet teachers from the Dance Academy has been invaluable. They saw the potential in me and gave me the confidence to open so many doors throughout my journey.”

We love this picture of our Aishling and Alannah, having such fun and dancing with so much expression in their performance of “All That Jazz.” Our senior students and teachers are a great role model for our younger students as they continue to perform and shine on stage. 💫

We’re not just about Dance! The Dance Academy remains committed to being a strong part of our local community and we are invested in continuing to raise money through our own fundraising projects every year. In May we donated over €1,500 to IMNDA after our lovely bake sale at the end of our term. A truly deserving cause and a lovely event to finish off the year. 🧁🍰🥧🍩🍪☕️💰
