Well done to the 77 junior parkrunners who joined us this morning for 2.5 laps around Shelbourne Park! 🌟🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We had some very special milestones to celebrate today! 🎉
👏 Ciaran, Darragh, Ruby and Aeda all reached their Marathon milestone after completing 21 junior parkruns.
👏 Joy and Cúan achieved their Half Marathon milestone with their 11th junior parkrun!

Don’t forget to collect your wristbands the next time you join us at Shelbourne junior parkrun!

A huge welcome as well to our 11 first-timers this morning; Aaron, Adam, Joshua, Rory, Amelia, Billie, Georgia, Charlie, Amee, Ruby and Olan. We hope you enjoyed your 1st parkrun and we look forward to seeing you again soon! 💙

As always, a massive thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who made today’s event possible. Special mention to Dolina and Pat, who joined us from Fife, Scotland this morning! 👏

Thanks also to Máire, our wonderful photographer, who celebrated her 200th parkrun today! 📸🎉 The celebrations were made even sweeter with buns and brownies kindly baked by the Portley family, the perfect way to finish a parkrun! 🧁🍫

We are always looking for new volunteers, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would be willing to help out on any Sunday morning. parkrun only happens because of volunteers, and your support helps us keep our event going each week.
