Limerick Combat Gym

OK all just getting feedback from the other clubs..were going to cancel the training session tomorrow in limerick combat gym due to the traffic blockades.....we cant realistically ask clubs to add on 2 to 3 hrs travel time and the price of fuel..we will though be rescheduling it

A welcome visit from Tescos representative John this week as he presented a cheque to Limerick Combat Gym from the Tesco Community Fund, as we all know Tescos in Roxboro has been the heart of southside shopping that has served the area for nearly 30 years and has done so with exceptional customer service. Tescos roxboro is not only a great place to shop but somewhere to meet up with friends and as a lot of the community know, a place where our kids start their first job. This evening we were proud to be chosen to recieve the Community Fund which they have run for so many years to amazing chaities
So to John and all the brilliant staff in Tescos from myself Kieran, Martin, head coach Tony and from all the parents and students a massive thank you.

Tonight we had the pleasure in presenting 2 very low profile young men Conor and Jack lawlor with their 1st Dan black belts, 2 lads between them have 4 Gold world championshop medals, 2 European, and multiple Irish titles, well done lads 👏

Limerick Combat Gym Kickboxing Club
The past two weeks have been a remarkable period for Limerick Combat Gym.
On the 25th of January, our team travelled to Waterford to compete in the Kombat Kingdom Light Contact Tournament, where our fighters delivered outstanding performances and returned home with an impressive collection of medals. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Tony and the Kombat Kingdom team for hosting a fantastic event.
On the 1st of February, we had the honour of competing at the ICO 4 Nations Championships, a prestigious opportunity that has become increasingly rare. Once again, our fighters rose to the occasion, bringing home another exceptional haul of medals. Our heartfelt thanks go to Clodagh and the ICO team for the invitation and excellent organisation.
After travelling the length and breadth of the country over the last two weeks, we are proud to report an average win rate of 74% across competitions, an achievement that reflects the dedication, discipline, and hard work of our athletes.
