What a fantastic afternoon with Walking Buddies Limerick on our Regatta Walk today!

A lovely turnout, beautiful weather and plenty of laughs along the way. Days like today are what Walking Buddies is all about – getting outdoors, meeting people and enjoying good company! ❤️

A huge thank you to Chris from CB Fitness for joining us and putting everyone through their paces with a brilliant warm-up and fitness demonstration! 💪👏

Thanks also to Collins Bar, Dooradoyle, for the lovely tea and coffee afterwards ☕ and to our wonderful walk leaders for giving their time and keeping everyone on track.

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who came along! You really make these walks what they are. 💚

We've got a little something extra lined up for this Sunday's Community Walk with Regatta Great Outdoors!

💪 We're delighted to welcome Chris Beville from CB Fitness, who will be joining us to kick things off with a fun warm-up and a fitness demonstration along our route!

Chris is a local fitness instructor based in Martinstown and Knockainey, offering Circuit Training, HYROX and Pilates classes. He's passionate about getting people moving, building fitness and bringing people together, so he'll fit right in with our Walking Buddies crew! 💚

📣 Calling all local fitness coaches!

Walking Buddies Limerick is looking for a fitness coach to get involved in our upcoming Regatta Community Walk on Sunday, 18 October at 12 noon.

We’d love someone to join us to lead a short warm-up and mini fitness class for the group. It’s a great opportunity to meet the local community, promote what you do and be part of a fun, social event.

Join us for another lovely, guided community walk around Raheen and Dooradoyle on:

⏳ Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can check everyone in before setting off.

A huge thank you to Gerard from Ageless Performance for joining us on Sunday and kicking off our Walking Buddies community walk with such a brilliant warm-up and fitness demonstration.

Gerard brought great energy, encouragement and plenty of laughs, and it was lovely to see so many of our walkers getting involved. His tips and advice were enjoyed by everyone and helped set the tone for a fantastic afternoon together.

We're very grateful to Gerard for giving up his time and helping make the day such a success. It's support like this that makes our Walking Buddies events feel so welcoming and special.

We’re fully booked for our Raheen & Dooradoyle Community Walk this Sunday! 🙌 A big thank you to everyone who has booked in — we’re really looking forward to seeing you all.

We’ll be joined by Gerard Kennedy from Ageless Performance Coaching to get us warmed up, with Regatta Ireland supporting the day and Collins Bar looking after us with a well-earned tea or coffee afterwards. ☕🥾
