Oh ma GAAAAWD! APRIL & MAY!! 😅

Up, down & all over the country (and out of it too!), we packed so many adventures into the past two months. Day trips, weekend trips, all sorts of activities & events 🥳

Thank you all for coming adventuring with us... we have had SOO many new people join us, which we LOVE! Really looking forward to the summer events to come 🙌🏼 are you going to join us? 😊

We spent an epic few days at Outwest Fest in Di**le last month with a bunch of the best outdoorsy humans you could ever meet 🥹 it was a weekend spent really soaking up everything the Di**le peninsula has to offer 💚 we hiked and ran (and laughed!!) around some of Ireland's most scenic trails, making new pals & catching up with the crew!

Felt super proud having a mighty Soul Stuff crew in attendance 🥰✨️ and LOVED meeting so many new people! The best part about weekends like this - everyone is already connected through a love of adventure & nature so even though some of us might have never met before the weekend, it never felt like it! Outdoor adventures + great people = instant friendship & instant craic 🫶🏼

A huuuuuuge well done (again) x1000 to the .ie for putting on a great weekend & for hosting us all down in Di**le! Felt v proud to be a brand ambassador all weekend, am buzzing to be a part of it as it grows & grows 🫶🏼 Roll on 2027 🥳

We are teaming up with to offer our SURF & SOUL weekend 17th - 19th July this summer ✨️

Stay two nights at the gorgeous in Sligo Town, where we will have surf movie night on Friday, and on Saturday visit Strandhill Beach to catch the wave of your liiiife with one of Ireland's top surf schools 🏄‍♂️ Dinner in Sligo that night and on Sunday we will go for a hike before we part ways 🤍 a jam-packed weekend of surf and soul 🙏🏼✨️

Sligo Surf Experience is run by Irish national champion Seamus Mc Goldrick, a local surf pioneer. Seamus and his team of surfing instructors will teach you the ABCs of surfing in a fun, enjoyable environment 😍🙏🏼

All surf lessons are beginner-friendly. Your surf instructor will safely guide you through your 2.5-hour surf experience. A fantastic location in the National Surf Centre allows them to provide the top surf experiences in Ireland. We can't wait for this one 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

An event on the East coast? You asked... now we are DELIVERINNNN' 🥹💚 join us in Bray on Sunday June 21st for Solstice by the Sea - a day retreat filled with all of the most feel-good & wholesome activities you can think of 🥰 I am SO EXCITED for this one 🫶🏼

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year & feels like the perfect excuse to spend a lovely Sunday outdoors together - moving, swimming in the ocean, mindful breathing together, warming up in the sauna, eating good food, and celebrating solstice together by the sea 🌊

Excited to be teaming up with for this event - hot tubs, plunge pools, and three unique saunas all enjoyed from a rooftop by the sea with coastal views over Killiney, Bray & Greystones! Orlaith will be facilitating a breathwork session & some mindful moments throughout the day to help us ground into the solstice energy ✨️

Whether you come alone or with a friend, this is all about getting outside & meeting lovely people :) We are excited to have our first event in AGES on the East Coast! 🫶🏼

The day includes:
⛰️ group hike on Bray Head (~1.5 hrs total)
🫁 breathwork session with Orlaith
🌊 sea dip (optional- but encouraged:))

Back to Di**le tomorrow for this year's Outwest Fest 🤩 Absolutely loved last year - such a fun weekend of hiking, trail running, fun people, being out in nature, being in community - all the stuff that I like to call "soul stuff" ✨️ A lovely weekend for outdoor communities & adventure enthusiasts from all over Ireland (& beyond) to gather together on the beautiful Di**le peninsula for the weekend 💚

WHAT a day for the Cuilcagh Boardwalk trail ☀️👣 We gathered from all over the country in Co. Fermanagh this morning to hike the "Stairway to Heaven" trail & then a little further to the summit of Cuilcagh Mountain 🤩⛰️ this one has been on many people's bucket lists & came up a few times in the survey we did in November, so was great to have a gang together to do it today 🙌🏼

Was lovely to catch up with some familiar faces & to have lots of new faces join us this morning - some even made a weekend of it & stayed in Fermanagh last night to meet us for the hike 😀

Had some really lovely chats on the trail today - thank you all for joining! A Sunday well-spent indeed 🥰❤️
