DI**LE NEW YEAR'S IS OFFICIALLY FULL 😱😱

This is our fourth annual Soul Stuff NY trip, and when we announced it, we gave our previous NY attendees a heads-up first.. and so many of our previous attendees expressed interest within LESS THAN A DAY, it looked like it was at full capacity (40+ people!!!!)

We gave everyone some time to pay deposits & lock in their spots (thinking some wouldn't commit & we would then be able to put remaining spots on the website... but everyone paid up & the trip is now full, without ever actually going on the website 😱)

It makes us SO SO HAPPY that people want to come back & do it all over again, but we know some more of you were hoping to join us this year too 🥹 we wish there were 80 beds so everyone could come!!!

If you missed out this time, please please join the waiting list on our website so we can contact you if a spot does come available ❤️ it's still a while away yet & plans often change ☺️

And thank you soooo much for all the love for this trip, genuinely makes me emotional that so many of our previous attendees keep coming back over and over again!!! 🥹🫶🏼

We're hiking next Saturday 31st to celebrate Halloweeeeeeen!!! 👻 on the BOOOOOOOOLAS loop in the Comeraghs ⛰️ ~10km ~4 hours ~450m elevation gain

Fancy spending a day on the wild west coast of Clare with us? Join our next GROUNDED day retreat in collaboration with Dolly's Liscannor on Sunday 8th November 💙 Tickets on sale on our website next Wednesday 21st October ⏰️

The time after Samhain is a powerful transitional period - the perfect time for inward focus, introspection & to release the past to make way for future growth. Come join us on this day retreat to move, nourish & restore ahead of the winter season 🍂

What's the plan?
🌊 Meet the rest of the group for a hike along the Cliffs of Moher trail from Doolin (10km return)
☕️ Head to Liscannor for a hot drink and nourishing lunch at Dolly’s | Coffee, Wellness Studio & Workshops
🧘🏼‍♀️ After lunch, Fiona Bonnie leads us in a Samhain inspired workshop. As the nights get longer and the trees lose their leaves, we too are
transitioning into a quieter, more inward season. In this workshop, we will work with this energy to help ease us into this new period using meditation, breathwork, journal prompts, somatic practices & sound healing ✨️

It will be a day of connecting with the land, connecting over food, connecting with each other & connecting to ourselves. Expect to feel restored, grounded & nourished as you leave! We'd love to see you there :)

Soul Stuff New Years in Di**le.. take TWO!! 🤩 (more details coming v v sooooon!!)

We are SO excited to head back to the Di**le peninsula to ring in 2027 together! Over 30 of us rang in 2024 together in Di**le over three brilliant nights, and so many lifelong friendships were made in those few days as we sheltered (mostly in the pubs) from the wild west storms 😂 We had nights in the pub, a fancy NY dinner, some wild windy walks, a Chinese takeaway and movie night.. it was such a nice way to ring in the New Year! Buzzing to do it all again 🥹

This is going to be a POPULAR trip, we hinted at it in our newsletter a few weeks ago & there's already been LOTS of people messaging about it ❤️‍🔥 full details coming soon!! 🫶🏼✨️

Join us for four nights in Morocco as Soul Stuff takes on Mount Toubkal (4,167m), the highest peak in North Africa 🌍

Our journey begins in the vibrant city of Marrakech before heading into the High Atlas Mountains for three days hiking. Accompanied by experienced local mountain guides, we'll trek through traditional Berber villages, stay in a mountain refuge beneath the summit, and rise early for summit day. Reaching the top rewards us with breathtaking panoramic views stretching across the Atlas Mountains and beyond - sounds GLORIOUS TO US! 🤩✨️

After descending, we'll enjoy a well-earned evening back in Marrakech, where you can soak up the city's colourful streets, bustling souks, and incredible food before flying home the next day 💚 an epic adventure all with a friendly and supportive Soul Stuff crew! 🥰

ITINERARY:
Day 1: Arrival to Marrakesh. Transfer to Riad in Marrakech
Day 2: Marrakesh - Imlil transfer. 4 hours walking. Overnight in guesthouse
Day 3: Imlil Village - Toubkal Refuge. 5 hours walking. Overnight in Toubkal Refuge
Day 4: Toubkal Refuge - Toubkal Summit - Marrakesh. 8-9 hours walking. Transfer back to Marrakesh. Overnight in Riad in Marrakesh
Day 5: Departure day

What's included:
•Four nights accommodation - two nights Marrakesh, one night Imlil guest house & one night Toubkal Refuge
•Airport transfer to and from Marrakech
•Hotel pick up and drop off for trek
•All meals during your 3 day trek + coffee and tea

Highlight of the year for the last four years!! ✨️

We absolutely LOVE running this trip glamping in the wilds of Drimoleague, hosted by our pal Dave who every single year, cannot do enough for us ❤️

A weekend of hanging out, exploring, laughing, dancing, pints, pizzas, sitting around the fire, eating smores, feeding the goats, hiking, coffee-ing & waiting on soup to be defrosted 🤣 all in stunning part of our country, with the best gang. You'd never think most of us just met for the first time this weekend 🥹

Felt sad saying bye to everyone this afternoon, which is a sign of a great weekend 💚
