AVC Fitness Classes, are total body workouts using weights and conditioning and core. There is free parking with changing rooms and showers.

Today, i had to make the hardest decision of my life and tell our members that tonight was the last class going forward. The current lease is up on the building and new owners have taken over. But it is also time for me to start a new chapter in my life. I am so grateful to each and every one of you for coming through these doors to get your asses kicked. It has been an incredible journey together since i started out in Mount Kennett way back in 2009. Great memories! I want to wish each and every one of you continued success on your fitness journeys. Thanking you, AVC Gym.
