Had to restart the metabolism today. 20min amrap of: 10m overhead lunges, 10 kettle bell swings, 50m run and 10 push ups per set. Smashed out 14. Feeling pretty good about that. Get in touch to start your transformation today.

A quick Sunday workout.
Four rounds of
12 lunges (up and down hallway)
12 squats/ kettle bell swings
12 leg raises
12 push ups or burpees

Then finish with three (3) 1min planks.

Perfect example of how muscle is heavier than fat. When you start proper training and put on 2 pounds, that's what you gained on the right. Then a week later when you're back to starting weight, you've lost what's on the left.

We love helping people with their goals. Another new group started two weeks ago. One person already down 5.5 pounds. However, it is coupled with a change in diet. Exercise is great but both helps with change. Remember things won't change unless you do.
