FULLY BOOKED- The beginners Yoga Plus class for Monday nights is now fully booked.
Please check out The Limerick Yoga Centre page for details of other beginner classes with Ciara Monday 6.15pm and Triona on Tuesday 8.15pm.

STILL PLACES- there are still places in Wednesday night Yoga Plus class for those with some experience.

I will be leaving town at 6.30pm tomorrow if any TFY volunteers need a lift to Self Care Yoga class. The class will be gentle and inclusive of all body sizes and abilities so no yoga experience required.
