There’s nothing we love more to see, is people new to the sport come in through our doors and be welcomed in with open arms

We had the chance to chat to a few of our newest sub junior lifters about some of their favourite things are about CityGym since they’ve joined

The word community comes up quite a lot and we pride ourselves on the community & family of lifters we’ve been a part of since we opened our doors back in 2014 ❤️🖤

We just got the new 80mm Saxon Bar in for the 12 year anniversary.

We couldn’t hold out until Saturday night so a lot of people have already made their first attempts at pulling something big.

It came down to and and Jay took the record with 70kg of plate weight added to the bar.

Let’s see who can beat that tomorrow night

We want to wish Laoise Quinn | Online Coach a HUGE best of luck as she gets ready to take on the platform at this years IPF Junior world championships in South Africa 🇿🇦

Laoise is one of our OG’s here at CityGym and it was amazing to watch her development her junior career as she gets ready to close that chapter with her final junior international competition tomorrow

Laoise has put down yet again another amazing prep and we can’t wait to cheer her on tomorrow as she is not only representing all of us here at CityGym but her country adding another international cap to here already impressed competitive career ❤️🖤

Another fun day out with our crew on day two

We had some first timers as well as some familiar faces join us on another brilliant day of competing, such a wholesome time watching you all support each other on the platform over the weekend

Another big well done to our coaching team Alex Cremins Eoghan Cantillon-Mann and to all the members who came to support each other

Lovely to see our crew show up to the last meet of the summer and out on a great show

Well done to all our coaches, athletes & members who showed up for each other, having the crew there to support makes being at these comps all the more worthwhile

Our coach starting the week strong with a 155KG Bench press ⚡️

Liam’s had a few injuries the past few months so there’s nothing more exciting for us here than seeing him make such a strong comeback to training especially at the final push towards his comp at the weekend

We look forward to to seeing him put up an easy junior nationals qualifying total as well as watching him have a great day out ❤️🖤
