245 is an crazy squat for a junior who’s only in his first year of powerlifting and it’s no where near his full potential, the future is bright for Adam ❤️🖤

Ava deadlifting an impressive 155KG to put her onto the second place podium at this years junior national championships in the U63KG class ❤️🖤

Ava’s training has been on the rise and we were delighted to see her do her thing on the platform

Herself and had a tight battle between each other but seeing the girls support each other and push each other to further heights is what the sport is all about

We look forward to see more of Ava on the platform again in the future 🕺

Next up we have coming in with an amazing 170KG Squat (4KG Off the national record) as a u66kg Sub junior ❤️🖤

Przemyslaw is a recent addition to our team and has already proven that’ll he’ll be one to watch in the future after an amazing performance earning him the sub junior national title in the u66’s as well as an invite to sub junior & junior world championships in South Africa

We are very proud of all our junior teams performances at nationals and well looking forward to seeing more of them in 2026
