What a weekend in Barcelona 🇪🇸🔥
3 teams. 3 different stories. One mindset.

• Shona & Michal – Mixed Doubles
And every single one of them delivered.
What makes me most proud is not just the race results — it’s the work behind it.
These people are not full-time athletes. They have jobs, responsibilities, families, normal everyday life… and still show up to train, improve, and push themselves harder every single race.
That’s what real achievement looks like.
Most people quit when life gets busy.
Our members don’t.
They keep showing up with one goal only — to be better than yesterday.
And the scary part?
Most of them haven’t even been racing HYROX for a full year yet, and already improving race by race.
For some, Barcelona was the final race of the season.
For others, it’s only the beginning.
This is more than just training.
It’s community, travel, suffering together, growing together, and becoming stronger together.
We are not chasing perfection.
We are not trying to be the best in the world.
We are simply trying to become better than we were last time.
And that mindset changes everything.

What a crazy weekend we had in London 🇬🇧🔥
2 teams, better times than last race — and we’re not stopping.
We’ll keep pushing those times down until we’re satisfied.
And remember… anyone can do it.
You just need the right environment, the right people, and the right mindset.
One of our members couldn’t participate in HYROX London, so we teamed up with and raced as one.
Two gyms in the same town, working together to turn everyday people into true hybrid athletes.
