What a fantastic win today for our ladies at-home to greystones, 43 to 0, well done ladies, pics to follow. We wish greystones players who were injured a speedy recovery and thank them for a great game.

Congratulations to our u16's girls who had a great close game and a good win for Longford at home today against Tullamore. Keep up the hard work girls it's paying off.

Training has started back girls.
U12"s Sunday morning @10:30, or Monday and Wednesday 7pm to 8:15, with the u14's and u16's.
U18's training Wednesday and Friday from 7pm
