Happy St. Patricks Day!

Flashback to 2017 when the 1991 Seán Connollys U-13 Rounders team who won the All-Ireland title that year, lined out once more to take on the 2017 U-13 team. Team included the late Shane Carrigy. RIP.

Seán Connolly's Rounders would like to express our deepest sympathies to
Raymond, Michael, Aiden, Michelle and to our club player Eoghan on the sad passing of their beloved father and grandfather,
Michael Carrigy and to the extended Carrigy family during this very difficult time so soon after the loss of their dearest brother Shane.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

All our members at Sean Connollys Rounders are deeply saddened to hear of the tragic passing of Shane Carrigy.
Shane was a huge part of our rounders community here in Ballinalee learning the game from an early age with his national school Scoil Samhthann.
Shane along with his teammates played in Community Games in Mosney in 1991 representing club and county and took home the gold title and he had his late mother Catherina along his side that day as part
of the coaching team.

Our club would like to extend our deepest sympathies to his wife Anne, his two children Kayla and Ryan, his father Michael, his sister Michelle, his brothers Raymond, Michael and Aidan, to his nephew Eoghan who plays with our Senior team and to all the extended Carrigy family and Shane's friends at this difficult time.
