Important Class Update
Cavan classes will be taking a summer break and resume on Tuesday 1st September.
But don’t worry you can still keep training.
Longford classes will continue every Thursday from 7:30pm to 9:00pm and everyone is welcome to join in.

RIP Master Pat Bambrick 🥋
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our long serving association member, instructor and Secretary of Chang Mo Kwan Ireland, Master Pat Bambrick.
Master Bambrick’s dedication, knowledge and spirit left a lasting mark on our association and on everyone who had the privilege of training alongside him. His contribution to Chang Mo Kwan Ireland at a national level will be remembered with great respect and gratitude.
As a mark of respect tonight’s training and this Sunday’s competition has been cancelled.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends and all who knew him during this difficult time.
