Teenage Classes

We have a few places in our Teenage girls classes from age 13-19 if anyone would is interested. Classes are on either Wednesday or Friday 7pm-8.30pm.

Today is full of emotions for us here at the club. Coach Ruth is off to college and today is her last day with us.

Ruth started with us as a gymnast when we opened our doors for the first time in 2020 and then moved up to coaching, proving herself to be an excellent coach who is very much loved by all our gymnasts.

We will all miss you so much. We hope you have an amazing time at college and every best wish in all your future pursuits.

We have a new class for children with additional needs starting Saturday September 5th 2026 from 4.15 til 5pm. Places are limited.

It is a parent assisted class, parents come into class and help their child if needs be.

Our coaches are on duty to guide the class and we want this class to allow children with additional needs to experience Gymnastics while also feeling comfortable that their parents are attending. Your child will get used to all our disciplines in a way that suits them, floor, Vault, bars and beam and if they choose to concentrate on one particular discipline, great.

What a day for Mayo! Fantastic win, we're so happy for the players and supporters. Hard luck Kerry, but after 75 years, Mayo absolutely deserved the win.

We've added a new LGC Training Leotard to our range. Fabulously designed and modelled by our gymnast Grace and brought to life by Quatro. What an amazing job she did. This leotard is ideal for training and GymStart competitions. Stocks are limited, with a 12 week lead time when we need to restock and can be purchased on the club app.
