We couldn’t be prouder of Mike for bringing home another win, and he’s now 7–0! 🏆
But the hardest fight is the one you don’t see: the game plan prep, the grind, showing up every single day.
People see the win and get inspired. Only a few are willing to keep going when that inspiration runs out. That means getting up early, training through fatigue, training hungry, and showing up on the bad days too. The closer it gets to weigh-in, the more bad days there are.
It takes serious resilience to push through all of that and keep the goal in sight.
That’s what 7–0 really looks like. Mike stays undefeated because of the work he, Josh and the whole team put in every day, long before anyone’s watching. Immensely proud of you all. 💪

And a big shout-out to our sponsor 37 Degrees 37 Degrees Fitness for taking care of our fighters' strength and conditioning. The power and endurance you see in the ring are built in your gym!

Today is the day! We are so excited to see our students step into the ring at the Rumble Fighting Championship . Tune in and support the lads!
Unbelievable work has gone in from everyone, and a special shout out to Josh, who built this team from ground zero in less then 2 years.
When we opened this gym, we wanted to give the young people of Loughrea an athletic outlet and a real alternative to hurling, because that is what was missing in our small town 10 years ago. Seeing it come to life is one hell of a thing.
So proud of every one of them, and especially of Josh, who made the striking team happen. 🥊

And a big shout-out to our sponsor 37 Degrees 37 Degrees Fitness for taking care of our fighters' strength and conditioning. The power and endurance you see in the ring are built in your gym!
