We are situated on the R350 (signposted New Inn) appox 1.5 miles from Loughrea Town. From Dublin or Galway take the M6 and exit at junction 16 then take Loughrea link road N65 off the roundabout. At next roundabout (Moanmore Roundabout) take 1st exit (R350). From Shannon start out on N19 then join M18 and exit at Gort then take N66 signposted Loughrea.

In order to send our wonderful Mary McKenna team off to Woodenbridge for the 3 day All Ireland series we need to raise some money and we hope you can all support us in that.
We are running a 3 Person Waltzing the Greens Competition from Thursday 3rd Sept to Sunday 6th.
It will NOT be a dancing competition but a GOLFING one!
It goes like this:
- 1 score to count on Hole 1
- 2 scores on Hole 2
- 3 on Hole 3
- 1 score on Hole 4,
- 2 scores on on Hole 5
- 3 scores on Hole 6
- 1 on Hole 7 etc and so on
to the 18th . It’s 1,2,3; 1,2,3 all the way!
There will also be a raffle with many wonderful prizes up for grabs.
Looking forward to seeing you all Waltzing the Greens !

Mary McKenna Connacht Final – 2nd Leg Today!
A reminder to all members that our Mark McKenna team take on Enniscrone GC today in the 2nd Leg of the Mary McKenna Connacht Final**, with the first matches teeing off from 1pm.
Our ladies take a hard-fought 3 - 2 lead into today’s return leg, so there is still plenty to play for!
Please come down and show your support if you are able. Let’s get behind the team and give them a big Loughrea welcome and support!

Thanks to all who played in Paddy Cody's Captains Prize yesterday. We had nearly 70 Juniors compete and the winners are attached and some photos. Thanks also to the parents who came to the presentation it created a lovely atmosphere for the prizegiving.
Thanks to Frank and his team for a superbly presented course as always. Also to Jason and the team The Fairway Loughrea for the lovely food and drink on the day
