Class times remain the same:
•6-7pm
•7.30-8.30pm
6 week term (9th November -14th December) €75 or PAYG €15.

There is no doubt that eating well, moving well and "thinking" well are all important elements in being healthy and happy. But community has to be a big part of being well too.
We were never designed to stand alone. Your community - your tribe. There is so much support/help/guidance/learning/love to be gained from leaning in and finding your community.
