🍒 Let us introduce; Sammy🌹our vinyasa flow yoga teacher on the Townley Hall yoga Retreat-🌞 June 13th and 14th ☀️
Sammy takes a fun approach to teaching yoga. Her classes are energetic and dynamic. She has been practicing yoga for 9 years and completed her 200hrs Ashtanga YTT in Rishikesh India and 200 hrs YTT vinyasa flow in Bali. She has taught in Australia and Thailand and since September has been back home teaching in Ireland🍀 Sammys bubbly, fun loving energy is infectious and is sure to leave us all feeling up lifted 💐

Ruth O’Dowd trained at the Sivananda School of Yoga, in Kerala, India. She teaches Hatha yoga, with an emphasis on correctly retaining postures, stretching, strengthening & awakening the body’s senses throughout her sessions. She is also a Reiki Master and director of Crann Yoga Retreats.

We are SO delighted to announce that we now have the Amazing Lady who is Michelle Harton, booked and confirmed for our Townley Hall Yoga retreat in June. I can't think of a more perfect way to finish off our yoga and well being weekend, than diving into a heavenly SOUND BATH, aaaahh! Bliss!
Michelle Harton
Michelle is a Sound Therapist and Spiritual Healer. She specialises in stress relieving group Sound Meditation Baths, with therapeutic Tibetan bowls and gongs. Hear and feel the healing power of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rainstick, Native American flute, rattles and other meditative sounds.
