The event will take place in Dundalk on the 1 st of January 2023 at 12 pm.

The Family Addiction Support Network is a non-profit organisation that provides support and education to families living with the effects of a loved one's addiction.

LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH 5KM WILL WELCOME EVERYONE FOR A SPECIAL FUNDRAISING EVENT FOR RED CROSS APPEAL.

MEETING POINT SAINT HELENA PARK BANDSTAND.
6.25PM;

WALK TOGETHER TO START LINE AT MICHAEL MCNEELA RIVERBANK WALKWAY.

Start at entrance to Walkway from Inner relief Road. Course is almost three laps of loop using walkway on both sides of the river, with finish line on Saint Helena Park side River Walkway ( Behind Bellew Park).

ANY DONATION IS WELCOME OR JUST COME ALONG TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT.

Wear Blue and Yellow if you can.

Hello Everyone.

First of All, Best Wishes for 2022 to all our supporters over the years since the First PK5K in 2012.

Around this time of year, then we usually have decided on what colour the t-shirts will be. We would also start to work on medal design.......

But with so much uncertainty in the World today, we now have to accept that the Last PK event you competed was ........ The Last PK5K.

We had planned a 10th and final PK in 2020 but Covid-19 put an end to those plans ... Twice !!!.

We thank you and our Sponsors for tremendous support over the previous Nine Events ( Eight Real and One Virtual in 2020 ).
We are proud that local charities benefitted from your participation in the event.
We hope you enjoyed your PK experiences and thank you for the many great memories you gave and shared with us.
