Four sets of 130kg felt good, sqaut was my main lift I was struggling with over the years with so many problems with hip pain back pain the lot, glad I'm going up on numbers 😁💪 roll on nationals 💪💪 whoop whoop 😁
Kids classes will still be running over the mid term break at 5.15 till 6 in resolve fitness in lusk monday to thrusday 💪😁

Kids classes on at 5.15 till 6.00 monday to thrusday, €5 drop in or €30 for the month, great way to get the kids active and off there tablets or away from the telly 💪😁 in resolve fitness in lusk :-)
