Last evening✨ Sometimes we sneak out from home, when the baby is sleeping, to our garage studio to do training together 😊 of course baby monitor is with us 🙉🧘🏻♀️ so like you can see it is no excuse💕💕

The weather has changed 🌥🌧 for two days is more like autumn than like summer, but I love it. Is the time of the year when I can stay at home and drink coffee or go for a walk with my toddler and watching colourful nature 🍁🍂 but for many people, it is a depressive time. Remember that a few minute exercises can give more power to live and make you happy 💕 and don't forget to give yourself time to take a deep breath🙏🏻
