Proud moment πŸ’™

Over 10kg difference between these 2 photos and a total weight loss of 23kg so far. After a 5 stone weight gain during pregnancy, super proud.

By changing up nutrition and increasing some cardio and not to mention some extra classes from the boys boxfit malahide πŸ₯Š

It goes to show what great results you can achieve with just changing some lifestyle habits and getting the right mindset in place.

Looking forward to the next few months to see what we can achieve together, this is just the beginning πŸ’ͺ🏻 πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

I’m happy to announce that as of this month, I’ll be taking booking for January.
I’m going to be running a 12 week body and lifestyle transformations, these will include :
* Weekly check-ins to track progress and body weight compositions
* Nutrition and lifestyle analysis
* 3 1-2-1 sessions a week for 12 weeks
* Diet plans to suit individual clients needs
* 100% accountability
* 24/7 support
* Training in a nice private studio setting
* Programme design
