Tomorrow mornings Pilates class will be on as usual (Saturday at 10am) 🙌🏼 but I please ask if you can do the following:
• Class is for prepaid clients only
• Please bring your own sterilized Pilates mat
• Please wash your hands before class
• Please do not attend the class if you are feeling unwell or have recently returned from an area affected by COVID 19

Happy 2020 Everyone .... and if you enjoyed yourself over the festive period as much as I did you’re in need of a good stretch!!
I’ll be back on my Pilates mat next week, Tuesday 7th January @ 7pm and Saturday 11th January @ 10am.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels with plenty of options for beginners through to intermediate Pilates lovers ❤️.
