PTI is a group training and one to one coaching facility. We provide individual coaching and programming within the group setting.

Performance Therapy Ireland is a functional fitness and strength&conditioning facility specialising in semi private group training and one to one personal coaching since January 2011. Whether its weight loss, muscle gain, overall fitness, improving mobility or just wanting to look and feel better we help our members achieve their goals. Gym Timetable:

*no 7pm on Friday
