Week 3 of Rebuild 🔥
This is usually where people fall off.
The excitement fades.
Life gets busy.
Motivation dips.
But the women inside Rebuild are doing exactly what matters most.
They’re sticking to the basics.
Showing up.
Moving their bodies.
Building structure back into their days.
Nothing extreme.
Nothing overwhelming.
Just small actions repeated daily.
And that’s where momentum begins.
Really proud of the women inside Rebuild right now.

We are one week into Rebuild and what a start 🧡
Check-in calls today were honestly brilliant.
The energy?
Focused.
Calm.
Confident.
No one is overwhelmed.
No one is burnt out.
No one is trying to be superhuman.
Because this isn’t
20,000 steps a day.
Hit your macros to the gram.
6 workouts a week.
Ice baths at 5am.
Sauna protocols.
Green juice cleanses.
Cold plunges while journaling your gratitude list 😂
It’s simpler than that.
We are taking this one step at a time.
We’re focusing on the basics.
We’re focusing on movement.
We’re focusing on hydration.
We’re focusing on showing up.
That’s it.
Because when you lay the foundations properly,
you don’t have to keep “starting again.”
You build momentum.
And that’s what the women inside Rebuild are already feeling.
Not extreme.
Not exhausted.
Just capable.
This approach is achievable.
And that’s exactly why it works.

Doing things that scare the living daylights out of you.
Stepping outside your comfort zone.
Not knowing how you’ll do it…
but knowing you will.
26 mountains.
9 days.
What I learned?
Resilience.
Grit.
Determination.
Strength from within.
Control your mindset.
Push through pain.
Don’t let fear decide for you.
Because fear isn’t the enemy.
Comfort is.
We chose 26 Mountains to Mayo to give something back.
We are now coming up on two years cancer free.
That was our why 🤍
It was bigger than us.
Bigger than tired legs.
Bigger than wind and rain.
And I got to do it with my wonderful now husband.
Every single person on those mountains had their own reason for being there.
We all had tough, dark days.
But nobody walked alone.
Step by step.
Day by day.
We carried each other through.
The most incredible 9 days.
Completely bonkers.
26 mountains in 9 days.
Who knew it could be done?
It’s nearly a year ago now.
An experience I’ll never forget.
The mountains were never the point.
It was who we became while climbing them.
That’s the strength that stays with you long after the mountain is gone.

Rebuild started today.
Most women want to look like they did 10 years ago.
Fit into old dress.
Wear the old jeans.
Chase the old body.
But here’s the truth…
10 years ago I was chasing peak performance.
I was shredded.
Squatting and deadlifting 100kg.
Training 3 times a day.
Six days a week.
Tracking every macro.
Stressed if I ate out.
From the outside it looked disciplined.
Some might say obsessive.
And I was strong…
But strength looks different now.
Because as we age, our bodies change.
Hormones change.
Recovery changes.
Priorities change.
And our training has to change with it.
Could I get shredded again?
Yes.
Do I want to?
No.
This season isn’t about being the leanest.
It’s about being the strongest mentally.
The most consistent.
The healthiest version of me.
Middle age isn’t decline.
It’s refinement.
That’s what Rebuild is about.
We don’t look back.
We build forward.
Healthy looks different on every woman.
Different shapes.
Different sizes.
Different seasons.
And every single one is valid.

Most people start exercising because they want to change how they look.
And there’s nothing wrong with that.
But that was never my reason.
I started training because I needed something steady.
I needed clarity.
I needed an outlet.
I needed somewhere to put the stress, the grief, the noise.
And every single season of my life where I’ve felt the strongest mentally
I’ve been consistent with movement.
Not extreme.
Not chasing aesthetics.
Not punishing myself.
Just consistent.
Exercise doesn’t just shape your body.
It regulates your nervous system.
It stabilises your mood.
It gives you space between reaction and response.
It reminds you that you can do hard things.
At 45, I value that more than abs.
I started for my mind.
I stayed for the strength.
Rebuild starts Tomorrow.
