Teaching Fun, Energetic, Invigorating Yoga Classes in Malahide & Portmarnock. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing class that begins with variations of Sun Salutations getting the body warmed up before stretching and toning the muscles. The postures flow with the breath which has the added benefit of energising the body. It is a fantastic form of exercise that tones & strengthens all the muscle groups, joints and spine, increases stamina and flexibility and leaves you feeling refreshed, energised and calm :)

I will be teaching a grounding balancing Vinyasa class at 7:15pm, followed by a deep letting go Restorative Class with a focus on meditation, mantra & visualisation. See you on the mat!
