Reform Physiotherapy and Pilates is a Chartered Physiotherapy clinic with a passion for helping you to feel better. Whether in hands-on Physiotherapy sessions, or in Clinical Pilates sessions, we will ensure that you are well educated on your condition and help empower you to manage your condition at home. In Clinical Pilates, your Physiotherapist will do an initial assessment with everyone who starts. Here they will assess your posture, strength, flexibility and design a program specifically for you. All Pilates classes only have a max of 3 people in each class so you will always be working on your own specific exercise program. This ensures all exercises are done effectively and safely. 🤰🏼NEW COURSE- Pre & Post natal Pilates Teacher course.

💛 This is going to be an amazing course to learn how to teach pre & post natal Pilates (mat or reformer) taught by an experienced Women's Health Chartered Physiotherapist!

👩‍🍼 There will be some pre reading, theory and practical elements to this course with a full evidence based booklet to refer to.

📩 Spaces are limited so get in touch ASAP to book your place. Pre requisite to do this course is a current Pilates qualification.

💰 Cost is €400.

✨️ After our last successful Jumpboard course earlier this year, we have decided to offer it again! This course is designed to teach you everything you need to know about integrating the Jumpboard into your Reformer Practice!

💪 The Jumpboard allows for incredible versitility into your classes, offering a cardiorespiratory type of exercise, plyometrics perfect for rehab & loading for bone health classes!

💡 This course will cover the theory about how & why to use the Jumpboard & the physiological benefits of exercising this way, taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 yrs teaching Reformer.

🎓 It will be a 3hr course of enjoyable practical material taught over a Sat afternoon on 7th Nov, with full certification & 3hrs CPD awarded on completion.

💲The cost is €150.

✨️ We have an exciting opportunity for a small group of people looking to become a Fully certified Clinical Reformer Pilates instructor!

👩‍🏫 This is an evidence based intensive course and will take place over 2 weekends. It goes through a comprehensive repitoire of Reformer Pilates exercises, background theory & class planning, followed by an exam a few weeks after.

📚 You are pre required to have 1 of the following (or currently be studying) to be accepted onto the course:
1. A health care professional (physio, OT etc)
2. Strength & conditioning coach
3. Exercise physiology

📍It is taking place at Reform Physiotherapy in Malahide Sep 12th&13th, and Oct 17th&18th.

🤑 The cost is €1380.
