Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30pm - the road behind of the railway station

Saturday mornings 10am - Doneraile park

Cost - €50 includes AAI, Mallow AC membership and Mallow 10 top.

REMINDER: ANNUAL TABLE QUIZ.....only 5 tables left!!!!!

Mallow AC's Annual Table Quiz Thursday 24th October 9pm in Albert Lynch's

This is an important fundraising event for the club as well as a very enjoyable night with some bragging rights thrown in for good measure.

Pre-book your entry as there are only 10 tables remaining at €40 per table with 4 people per team. Please contact Ger Buckley or Shane Anglim to reserve.

Also if you are looking for a team to be part of please comment below as there will no doubt be others.

Mallow Athletic Club are launching a new Summer programme for 18 to 24 year olds who are back in Mallow for the summer.

This initiative is open to all fitness levels whether you want to get fitter, get faster or just give it a try for a few months.
