What a rollercoaster of 9 years it's been!!?To think we started 9 years ago in a tiny premisis in Maynooth which looked like an attic conversion to the huge gym we have now is a dream come true 🧡.It's great to see that we have so many members still here 9 years later that have been here from the beginning!!
What a journey it's been we've relocated twice and nearly lost our business throughout COVID and we really are so blessed to be where we are today!Just want to thank every single member that we have had along the journey and it's great to see that our gym community continues to thrive and I'm so lucky to be able to help people and have such a nice friendly atmosphere in the gym 🧡!
Special mention to my wife for holding down the fort for the past 9 years whilst I go and pursue my passion and my dream 🧡.
Thanks to all the staff I have that helped Fitness Journey become the community it's been today you are all amazing 🧡.

🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠BUSINESS UPDATE 🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠
Due to unforeseen circumstances we will be staying where we are for the time being we will keep you guys updated as soon as anything else unfolds.
So we are open as normal Thursday to Saturday and closed Easter Sunday and open Bank Holiday Monday 8am-2pm.
Lastly I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused over the last few weeks these have been extremely challenging times as a small business owner and I would like to thank you all for your loyalty and business over the last few years.
My desire,passion and hunger to help provide you guys with the best customer experience and service is as strong as ever and I'm looking forward to seeing you all at the gym over the Easter!

After nearly 5 years in our current premisis we will be relocating 2 minutes down the road into Ryebridge.
We will be closed 28th Of March and we will be reopening on 2nd of April "All going well", in our new location.This is going to be a hectic month so please be patient as this is going to be an extremely stressful and massive move for us all🧡!
We look forward to our last 4 weeks in our building and feel free if you haven't been here in a long time to drop in for a workout.

Although diet is very important when it comes to our gym progression we all have our own way to manage our diet and make it work. No two people can stick to the same diet for a long period of time, it’s important to still eat foods you enjoy and not be to hard on yourself if you don’t eat perfectly every single day!!
